Next Mythos-Class Model released by September 15, 2026?
Multiple reports show users being routed toward a Fable-class update, so Anthropic’s next Mythos-class model release by September 15 is highly likely.
Several independent monitoring accounts report new checkpoints, limited routing, and launch preparations consistent with a nearly finished Fable-class update. Those reports remain unofficial, and Anthropic has not yet published a model card, API identifier, pricing, or announcement establishing Fable 5.1 as a shipping product. Even so, the convergence of recent testing signals, Anthropic’s rapid summer release cadence, and the remaining launch window make a qualifying Mythos-class release highly likely.
