Buffalo's NFL-best scoring offense and dominant run game outclass a reeling Raiders squad.
Buffalo enters as the stronger team by nearly every meaningful measure. The Bills lead the NFL in scoring at 31.8 points per game and total offense at 386.3 yards per game, and their rushing attack averages 139 yards per game compared with Las Vegas's 82. James Cook has outproduced Ashton Jeanty on the ground by a wide margin, and Buffalo has scored more red-zone rushing touchdowns than any team in the league. The Raiders opened 3-0 but have since lost two straight, including a 45-17 blowout in which they managed just 38 rushing yards. Las Vegas does hold advantages in sacks, interceptions, and turnover differential, and Kirk Cousins leads the league in passing touchdowns, which gives the Raiders a real path through the air. Buffalo also faces a shorter rest week and a cross-country trip. On balance, though, the visible evidence favors Buffalo, and the forecast reflects that the Bills' offensive and rushing superiority should translate into a win on the road. Markets currently treat a Buffalo win as likely, and the strongest consideration behind the difference between that view and this forecast is Buffalo's league-leading scoring offense and run game, which the market may be underweighting relative to Las Vegas's defensive stats.
Points to Bills
Buffalo owns the NFL's most productive offense, averaging a league-leading 31.8 points and 386.3 yards per game.
