Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Quotient Solutions, Inc. collects, uses, discloses, and retains personal information when you use quotient.social, signal.quotient.social, Quotient Signals, or related communications.

1. Scope and entity

This Policy applies to the websites and services operated by Quotient Solutions, Inc., including quotient.social and signal.quotient.social. It does not apply to independent websites, trading venues, or services linked from our sites.

2. Information collected

We collect information you provide, such as messages and support requests. Access uses wallet-based authentication: we collect the public wallet address you sign in with and read its on-chain token balance to administer access; both are recorded with your account. We may also collect device and browser information, IP address, log and usage data, and saved preferences. We do not collect payment-card information and cannot access wallet private keys or move funds.

3. Sources

We collect information directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from public blockchain records (wallet addresses and token balances), and from providers that support authentication, hosting, communications, and site operations. If you subscribe through Substack, Substack handles that subscription under its own privacy practices.

4. Uses

We use personal information to create and authenticate accounts, deliver Quotient Signals, verify and administer token-gated access, respond to requests, maintain security, prevent fraud and misuse, operate and improve our services, remember preferences, send requested communications, and comply with legal obligations.

5. Disclosures

We may disclose personal information to service providers that support authentication, payments, hosting, communications, security, and site operations. We may also disclose information to professional advisers, government authorities when legally required, a successor in a corporate transaction, or another party at your direction.

6. Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

Quotient does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

7. Cookies and local storage

We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep users signed in, protect accounts, remember theme preferences, support checkout, and operate our services. Blocking essential technologies may prevent some account or checkout functions. Independent services may use their own technologies under their privacy policies.

8. Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain account and transaction records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Retention depends on the information's nature, purpose, sensitivity, and applicable legal requirements. We delete or deidentify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No system or method of transmission can guarantee complete security.

10. State privacy rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of personal information. You may also have rights concerning the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, sensitive information, and appeals. Quotient may verify your identity before completing a request and will respond as required by applicable law.

11. Children

Quotient's services are intended for adults and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided personal information, please contact us.

12. International visitors

If you access the services outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. Quotient will use any safeguards required by applicable law.

13. Changes

We may update this Policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will post the revised Policy with a new effective date and provide additional notice of material changes when required by law.

14. Contact

Questions or privacy requests may be sent to jordan@quotient.social.

Quotient is a publisher of research and information. Quotient is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, commodity trading advisor, or futures commission merchant, and is not registered with the SEC, CFTC, FINRA, NFA, or any other regulatory authority. Nothing published by Quotient is an offer to sell, a solicitation of an offer to buy, or a recommendation of any security, contract, transaction, or trading strategy.

The probabilities and Signals published by Quotient ("Q") are model-generated estimates provided for informational purposes only. They are not investment advice, are not tailored to your circumstances, and may be incomplete, delayed, or incorrect. Conduct your own research and consider consulting a qualified professional before making any trading decision.

Performance figures shown reflect hypothetical, paper-traded results from previously published Signals, not actual trading. Hypothetical results have inherent limitations, past performance does not guarantee future results, and your outcomes may differ.

Quotient does not place trades, hold customer funds, or operate any trading venue, and is not affiliated with any venue referenced. Trading involves substantial risk, including total loss of capital. Prediction markets may not be legal or available in your jurisdiction; you are responsible for reviewing each venue's rules and confirming your own eligibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quotient and its officers, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any losses or damages arising from use of this information. Use of this site constitutes acceptance of this disclaimer and our Terms of Use.
